4. Custom Orders & Approvals

Once an order is placed:

  • Design proofs (if provided) must be reviewed carefully.

  • Approval indicates acceptance of the final design.

  • After approval, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

Huge Custom Awards is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in the currency displayed on the Site and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. Payment must be received in full before production begins.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because our products are custom-made, all sales are final unless:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The product received is incorrect due to our error

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion.
